How it works
Get $10 via PayPal for every 20-minute video you complete. UserTesting pays you to visit websites or apps, complete a set of tasks, and speak your thoughts aloud.

What do I need to get started?

How much money can I make?
While UserTesting is a great way to earn a few extra dollars on the side, it won’t make you rich. The number of opportunities you receive will depend on a number of factors, such as your demographics and your quality rating.

How do I get paid?
We pay our testers via PayPal. You must have a PayPal account and live in a country that can receive PayPal money transfers. You will receive your payment exactly 7 days after completing a website or app test (This waiting period allows us to ensure the quality of all recordings).

How does it work?
UsabilityHub runs short user tests and design surveys. Our tester program allows you participate in these tests and get paid for each response you provide. Once you've accumulated at least 100 credits you can request a payout.

You don't need to be a usability expert to participate. In fact, most test creators prefer ordinary people over professional designers and developers.

How much do I get paid per test?
UsabilityHub pays $0.10 USD per credit earned. Most tests pay 1 credit per response, and some may pay more.

How do I get paid?
UsabilityHub makes payments by PayPal only. You will need a PayPal account that is eligible to receive payments.

How much can I earn per hour taking tests?
Responses take about 1 minute each on average, but experienced testers are often quicker, so you could earn $6-10 per hour taking tests.

What happens when I request a payout?
After submitting your payout request we will review your responses for quality assurance. Payouts may be rejected if responses do not meet our minimum standard.
